Terms and conditions

• The events of Be Privileged are private. Only registered members can purchase tickets on their personal names.
• When filling in the application form, all info, especially names, age and recognizable face pictures need to be truthful. Fake applications or incomplete applications (fake pictures etc) will be refused upon or after the application.
• When fake profiles are discovered, even after acceptance of membership, membership will be suspended and refused.
• Tickets will be verified with the guestlist by our hostesses at the entrance. Tickets cannot be used by anyone else. When the name on the tickets or member profiles don’t match the member profile as registered and known in our database, entrance will be denied and tickets will not be refunded.
• A ticket can only be purchased after receiving a personal code which will be sent before each event to our members only. You can apply for membership here
• When purchasing a ticket, the general conditions of the external ticket provider apply : www.link2ticket.nl
• There are no tickets sold at the entrance.
• Only couples (male + female) are allowed to the event or  single ladies are only allowed.
• Incidental exceptions can be requested directly via mail.
• The minimum age to be part of our events is 21 and the maximum age is 50. Incidental exceptions can be requested directly via mail.
• The organization is free to decide whether or not to grant membership to the Be Privileged community. Completing the registration form does not guarantee admission to this community. In case of no admission you will receive a message about it. The organization is not obliged to give any reason for refusal. The data of refused entries, will be removed immediately.
• Entering the event is always at your own risk.
• The organization cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages what so ever.
• If anything owned or in use by the location or the organization gets damaged by a visitor, they will be held responsible for the damage or consequences and will have to pay or repair them at their own costs.
• The use of any kind of drugs or excessive drinking will not be tolerated.
• On all Be Privileged events, a strict dresscode is applied which must be respected by all visitors. The hostess of the event will carefully check this at the entrance and has the right to refuse access to the event when the dresscode is not strictly respected. Tickets will not be reimbursed.
• To ensure the safety of our visitors, the security staff of the event will conduct a non systematic control and after requesting your permission, they will do a superficial control of your clothes or any carry-on luggage you wish to bring to the event. When visitors do not comply to this request, the entrance to the event can be denied. Tickets will not be reimbursed.
• When any drugs or weapons are found upon this security check or during the event, entrance will be denied and local authorities will be contacted. Tickets will not be reimbursed.
• In case of any violent incident, drug abuse or any disturbance of the event or public order, the security staff will act accordingly and if necessary local authorities will be contacted.
• In case of any incident, instructions of the event, security or medical staff need to be followed strictly.
• The organization of Be Privileged has the right to exclude visitors from the event who misbehave. Membership can be cancelled and access to future events can be refused as well.
• It is not allowed to bring your own food or drinks.
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas.
• The use of the wardrobe is at your own risk. The organization cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages.
• Respect, Privacy and Discretion are three highly important values Be Privileged stands for. We expect all of our visitors to act accordingly.
• It is strictly forbidden to make any pictures or videos with any device or mobile phones. When our staff or security members see anyone breaking this rule, the device used will be confiscated and any pictures or recordings of the event will be deleted. Further access to the event will be denied.
• The organization of Be Privileged will hire it’s own professional photographer to capture the events best moments. Our photographer will only take images on or nearby the dancefloor or at the entrance of the event. These images will be put online on our website in a private section which is only accessible with a personal code that only visitors of the event will receive by mail.
• When entering our events, visitors comply to the fact that these images can be put online in a private section of the Be Privileged website.
• When there is a picture of you in this section that you wish to have removed, simply contact us. We will always respect your privacy.
• Visitors of Be Privileged events agree to comply to these General Terms and Conditions which will apply from the moment visitors arrive at the entrance with their e-ticket or invitation.
• By accepting our General Terms, Be Privileged is granted permission to use your informations for mailings for informational and/or promotional purposes, strictly related to our community and events.

Persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken

Be Privileged verwerkt de persoonsgegevens zoals u die zelf aan ons verstrekt, bijvoorbeeld door ons contactformulier in te vullen. Afhankelijk van de door u ingevulde velden verwerken wij uw voor- en achternaam, adresgegevens, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres.

Onze website heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar, tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd.

Verwerkingsdoeleinden en wettelijke grondslag

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens zodat wij u kunnen bellen of mailen om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren, om goederen of diensten bij u af te leveren of om onze nieuwsbrief aan u te kunnen versturen. We verzamelen deze gegevens met uw toestemming of omdat dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van een overeenkomst.

Bewaartermijn

Be Privileged bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld.

Derden

Be Privileged verkoopt uw gegevens niet aan derden en verstrekt deze uitsluitend indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met u of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een verwerkingssovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. Be Privileged blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.

 

Wijzigen en overdragen

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Be Privileged en heeft u het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat u bij ons een verzoek kunt indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van u beschikken in een computerbestand naar u of een ander, door u genoemde organisatie, te sturen.
